Recipients of personal data

To use octanorm.tools, an email address is required for registration on our platform. This email address is not passed on to the AI providers.

For processing purposes, any logo and images uploaded by the user are stored in our AWS Cloud. This data is anonymized and stored on the AWS server in Stockholm (eu-north-1). This data will be deleted as soon as the user deletes their account on octanorm.tools.

Logos and/or images are not used to train the AI.

In the case of a paid subscription, billing-relevant data is processed by the external payment service provider Stripe. The provider for customers within the EU is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter "Stripe").
